Citi Taiwan has been recognized for its outstanding performance in the consumer banking field.
At the 19th annual Reader’s Digest “Trusted Brand” award ceremony on Monday, April 24, Citi Taiwan has won a Gold Award in the Credit Card Issuing Bank category for the 10th years in a row, and also a Gold Award in the Finance Managing Bank category for 2nd consecutive year. Taiwan Business Manager of Global Consumer Banking Yunny Lee received the awards from Financial Supervisory Commission Vice President, Cheng Cheng-mount.
The awards were based on an online survey of 1,200 Taiwanese, who were asked to rate their most trusted brands in 50 categories of products and services across a wide range of industries on the six attributes — trustworthiness and credibility, quality, value, understanding of customer needs, innovation, and social responsibility. In receiving the award, Lee said she was honored to receive the award on behalf of Citi. Citi is not only the first bank in Taiwan to roll out wealth management service but also the first bank to provide cardholders evergreen reward points. By launching CPC and OBU wealth management service, upgrading our branches into Smart branches and Total Wealth Advisor, Citi has assisted their clients in asset accumulation and preservation.
