Hosted by the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the “Best Taiwan Global Brands 2018”, which is co-operated with Interbrand, the world’s leading brand value survey agency, announced the list of Taiwan’s top 20 international brands yesterday (30). CTBC Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation “CTBC financial holding “) entered the list three times and won the 4thplace with the brand value of 603 million US dollars, the best Financial Industry in Taiwan, CTBC financial holding Chief Administration Officer Roger Kao attended the award ceremony.

The ” Best Taiwan Global Brands” is in line with international standards and uses the same brand valuation system as Interbrand’s “Top 100 Global Brand Surveys” to select the brand value of Taiwanese companies. The selection method is divided into two stages, and they choose from more than 1,000 listed Taiwanese companies, the first stage of the evaluation focus on financial income index and basic enterprise informaion, and then the enterprise brand development as the second stage of the evaluation focus, including financial analysis, demanding, intangible income, brand role, brand income, brand strength, etc. Bring specific brand value and coordinates of Taiwanese companies’ competitiveness in the global market.
