TAIPEI (The China Post) – Taiwan famous YouTuber “Li Ke Tai Tai,” a Columbia graduate in biomedical engineering living in Silicon Valley, recently released a new video about Valentine’s Day.
“Li Ke Tai Tai,” which roughly translates as “Science Mom” in English, shares her passion about science in a clear and simple way that includes telling entertaining stories with her “expressionless” face.
In her latest release, she offers an interesting challenge to her husband: picking the right gift for the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
Her goal is to make her husband guess her favorite gift for the most romantic holiday of the year: a 18K white gold diamond necklace – so she helps him guess it right too!
Despite her efforts, her husband keeps on missing the mark which leaves her wondering whether she has to laugh or cry.
From the start, “Li Ke Tai Tai” goes straight to the point and asks her husband to guess the gift she wants from a tray of jewelry.
Yet, her husband fails time and again — first, he picks a lip ring instead of pair of earrings, and then he chooses a necklace with a safety pin pendant in case of his wife would need to repair her clothes!
Last but not least, he picks a tiny infinity-shaped pendant and necklace to mock his wife who allegedly talks … endlessly.
Her husband eventually picks the right 18K white gold diamond necklace and completes the challenge.
At the same time, the pair gives a great laugh to the filming crew.
After the filming, everyone is happy for her husband that there are only two Valentine’s Days per year in Taiwan, Feb 14 and Aug. 7.
