TAIPEI (CNA) – Singapore-based budget airline Scoot said yesterday it will add flights this summer to its two routes serving southern Taiwan, between Kaohsiung and Singapore and between Kaohsiung and Osaka starting June 1.
Scoot will operate three more round-trip flights a week, the airline announced.
With the added flights, Scoot will be flying daily round-trips on those two routes, offering greater scheduling flexibility and more convenient international transfers to tourists traveling on their own and business passengers, the airline said.
Aside from two routes serving Kaohsiung, Scoot currently operates another four routes in Taiwan that connect Taipei to Singapore, Tokyo, Sapporo and Seoul.
