TAIPEI (The China Post) – Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp suffered shutdowns globally early morning on March 14. Taiwan users experienced low data speed and troubles posting, uploading videos, and accessing their accounts.
Facebook’s core app WhatsApp also went out over the same period. Some users said that they could not send photos to groups, which made them very anxious.
After Gmail and Google shutdown globally yesterday, it is surprising that major communication software also experiences systematic issues in less than 24 hours.
