繼機師工會為了爭取自身權益,與資方華航爭取權益事件後,據了解空服員工會,則是將於4月10日與長榮公司進行第二次調解,希望能就之前提出的四項主要訴求提出對案繼續協商。

TAIPEI (The China Post) – Following the strike of the China Airlines’ pilots, Taoyuan Flight Attendants Union (TFAU, 桃園市空服員職業工會) announced a second meeting with Eva Airways on April 10 regarding its demands to improve the rights of cabin crews.

空服員工會表示,為爭取長榮空服員的勞動條件到合理的水平,自106年4月和長榮航空公司開啟團體協約會議,但歷經二十次會議、一年半的時間,主要訴求仍無共識、長榮航空公司更無具體對案,工會只能關閉團體協約會議,申請勞資爭議調解。

The union has already participated in 20 meetings with Eva Air since April 2017. They have failed to reach a consensus so far despite several propositions. The union is seeking labor dispute mediation for now, the TFAU said.

工會更提到,在過去的協商過程中不停退讓,將團體協約多項條文,縮減、修改成十二項訴求申請勞資爭議調解,3月5日也主動釋出善意,若長榮航空公司同意先就「調高外站津貼、非會員不得比照適用」、「改善過勞航班」、「讓工會參與懲處會員的決策機制」、「增設勞工董事,由基層員工中選舉推派之」等四項主要訴求提出對案,他們願保持誠意繼續協商。

The union said that it revised many provisions to the group agreements which now includes twelve appeals as a result of past consultations. The TFAU also expressed its goodwill by proposing countermeasures in response to Eva Air’s concerns. The union has also expressed its willingness to future consultations.

對此工會表示已和長榮公司約定4月9日上午9時30分進行第二次調解,工會希望長榮航空公司能於4月9日上午的調解會議上,針對工會訴求提出具體對案,而這是工會三千位長榮空服員的期望,更是本會不可再退讓之底線。

A second meeting has been scheduled between the union and Eva Air today. The TFAU expressed hopes that the airline will make an appropriate response to the union’s concerns and provide solid solutions to the long-term.
