大學畢業季將至不少學生將步入職場,企業除了參照學生履歷外,面試階段更攸關畢業生能否順利就職。業者為此提供「面試五秘招」供新鮮人參考,掌握面試五大關鍵要素,也能從容應對、增加錄取機率。

TAIPEI (The China Post) – As graduation draws near, many students have started to prepare their job applications. To help students prepare for interviews, talent recruiters offer five tips for new graduates to enhance their chances of getting their dream jobs.

104人力銀行總經理黃于純表示,除了畢業學校和系所之外,履歷表的呈現內容、表達方式、以及面試準備是否週全等,皆可能影響畢業生求職,且進入面試階段,企業面試新鮮人通常21分鐘就心理有數是否要錄取或進入下一階段。

According to Joanna Huang, general manager of 104 job bank, other than degree and resume, companies also put a great emphasis on interview performance. Normally within the first 21 minutes of the interview, employers will know whether to hire or invite the applicant to the next round of interview.

以下是面試者提供的五個技巧:

Here are the five tips that interviewers provide:

一、事前演練:面試難免緊張,企業必問基本題,如自我介紹、在校經歷、有何專長和強項、為何應徵該份工作等,建議新鮮人先在家演練,對著鏡子或對家人朋友練習試講,並請對方給出修正建議,同時也量測時間充分掌握節奏。

  1. Practice Before You Go

It is inevitable to be nervous during a job interview. Before you go, think about how you’re going to answer basic questions such as self-introduction, school experience, personal skills, and reasons to apply, etc.

二、考前猜題:104人力銀行建議考生,於面試前先了解該公司成立的時空背景、該產業最近三年的重大事件以及產業發展前景、公司在該產業的市場地位、該公司最近是否有任何重大新聞等。

  1. Do Your Research

It is better to have a sound understanding of the company you’re applying to. You should do some research on the company’s background, look for industrial prospects, and major development in recent years before you go to the interview.

三、說故事,緊中帶鬆:熟讀求職公司背景、產業資料,尤其針對企業開出的工作內容和條件要求,鎖定至少三個關鍵詞、深入詮釋。如應徵「數位行銷」,應熟知數位媒體如臉書等操作平台,以及數位行銷應用工具Google Analytics和成效數據監控與分析優化。求職者可具體論述,再說明是否具備操作實務經驗。

  1. Demonstrate your Experience

You should be able to talk about your skills or experience with regards to the position you’re applying for. For example, if you’re going to apply for a position as a digital marketer, you should have the knowledge of how to manage social media, Google Analytics, and data analysis, and elaborate on the operational experience you have.

四、實問實答:面試若答不出內容切勿亂扯,避免亂說反被糾錯或被踢爆。若答不出來,則可直接表明「謝謝您問我這個問題,我的回答不一定正確,而我也想知道,為什麼您會問這個問題。」、「我還沒有深入產業的經驗,不確定這樣回答好不好,如果太膚淺,還請多包涵。」將問題拋回給面試官,即便不錄取,也可以學到看事情的技巧。

  1. Be Honest

If you really don’t know how to answer a question a certain topic, you can just say, “Thank you for your question. My answer might be inaccurate, but I also would like to know the reason why you asked this question.” You could also say: “I am not sure if I could answer this right since I haven’t had much experience in the industry. But I would like to thank you for your consideration first if my answer is not on-point.”

五、把握反問題:面試官在面試尾聲多會反問求職者「你有什麼問題要問嗎?」千萬別說「沒有」,若能問出關鍵好問題,不但加分,還可能反敗為勝。問出好問題,代表對事情看得更清楚、思考更透澈、更有深度的自省力。

  1. Answer the Extra Question at the End of an Interview

At the end of an interview, employers would often ask if there are still any questions. Don’t answer by simply saying, “No.” If you propose a good question, it means you have a clear understanding and perspective regarding the job you’re applying for.
