Penghu Paradise Road is located on an old ship port. The road among the area adopts a snake-like visual entering the blue sea. In recent years, the destination has been promoted on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for its beauty. In fact, the road has attracted so many visitors that the Baisha Township Office has decided to make a “fish stove” landscaping area for guests to enjoy.

Additionally, the Wuhu National Scenic Area Management Office commissioned the Pingtung Forest Management Office to clear 1.4 hectares of land in the direction of the Nayong Tower in the Houyi Tourist Activity Center to create a larger recreation area.

Due to the large numbers of tourists visiting the Paradise Road, the Pingtung Forest Management Officer has carried out afforestation projects at the seaside. Local artists from Wuhu have also been invited to produce new landscaping art for the area.

With the help of the forest management office, the Baisha Township including village heads, community directors and local people have decided to use the cantaloupe sculpture to shape the sightseeing image of Houyu village.

Although the cantaloupe landmark is yet to be completed, many tourists have already discovered and shared the sculptures on social media.
