【看英文中國郵報學英文】在曼谷受到觀光客歡迎的「NARA Thai Cuisine」，從2003年就開業，是兩位對烹飪相當熱忱的女企業家 Narawadee Srikarnchana 和 Sirisopa Chulasewok 創立，而台灣的Nara Thai Cuisine則在2017年底開業，由金田餐飲代理，上個月又在京站時尚廣場開了麵食副品牌「NARA Thai noodle bar」。
In Bangkok, “NARA Thai Cuisine” is extremely popular for tourists. The restaurant started in 2003 by two female entrepreneurs, Narawadee Srikarnchana and Sirisopa Chulasewok. NARA Thai Cuisine started its business in Taiwan since 2017. Operating under Jintain Catering Agent, their noodle brand “NARA Thai noodle bar” opened last month in Q square.
Noodle has always been a favored dish among local Thai people. The noodle culture came from Chinese immigrants in Thailand and developed regional characteristics in different areas. During the urbanization of Bangkok, the noodle culture became extremely diverse.
這回與台灣合作的NARA Thai noodle bar，走創意路線，除了用泰國最具代表性的冬蔭功湯作為湯底，端出冬蔭功海鮮麵、冬蔭功海陸麵之外，也有瑪莎曼牛肉咖哩麵、清邁黃咖哩雞腿麵等具有穆斯林特色的濃稠湯麵，此外也推出曼谷甜燒松阪豬等特色風味飯料理。
NARA Thai noodle bar went for a creative style: other than using the famous Thai soup Tom Yam Kung in menus such as Tom Yam Kung seafood noodle and Tom Yam Kung sea and land noodle, there are also Massaman beef curry noodle, Chiang Mai yellow curry chicken noodle, Bangkok sweet Matsusaka pork and other special dishes.
金田餐飲營運團隊在NARA Thai noodle bar 的開店準備期間，由擁有二十五年的泰國料理資歷，曾於泰國Regent酒店和文華東方酒店擔任行政主廚的泰籍行政主廚Uem努姨監督餐點品質及訓練。
The Jintian Catering Agent has been responsible for the NARA Thai noodle bar operation. Former Thailand Regent and Mandarin Oriental executive chef who has 25 years of experience in Thai cuisine, Uem Nuo supervises the dishes and quality in the restaurant.
在開幕前夕，泰方Nara Thai Cuisine也派出料理總監J.C來台指導。雖然位於百貨公司美食街，卻有獨立座位，空間裝潢走文青風，值得一試。
Thailand operated NARA Thai Cuisine sent executive food director J.C. to Taiwan for further instruction. Even though it is located in the food court of the mall, it has its own seats for customers. The interior design is elegant, and the restaurant is certainly worth a try.
