【看英文中國郵報學英文】日本珍珠創意料理又出新招,繼珍珠麻婆豆腐、珍珠啤酒和珍珠沾面後,又出一份珍珠冷麵手拿杯。

The line of Japanese pearl creative cuisine has created something new again. After the creation of pearl spicy tofu, pearl beer and pearls tsukemen, there is pearl cold noodle in a handheld cup. 

此外,冷麵還配上柴魚高湯的鹹湯汁及山藥泥,並在「東京拉麵國技館」開賣,一份 1000 日圓。

The Pearl cold noodle cup is served with salted broth bonito soup with mashed yam. This bizarre creation will start selling in “Tokyo Ramen National Museum,” with each cup costing you 1000 yen.

「二代目博多だるま」這所位在台場的拉麵店,特別推出「珍珠冷麵手拿杯」在一顆切開的溏心蛋旁放滿了珍珠,下面則鋪滿了冷麵麵條。

The “Second-generation Hakata Daruma” a ramen shop in Odaiba, specially launched the “Pearl Cold Noodle in Hand Held Cup.” The pearls are visible next to the cut open half-boiled egg, and the bottom of the cup is covered with cold noodles.

配上柴魚高湯的鹹湯汁以及山藥泥。由於是手搖所以能讓顧客隨時都能品嘗。

 It is served with salted broth bonito soup and mashed yam. Since it is handheld, this allows customers to taste it at any time.

這種獵奇料理又讓台灣人驚艷日本人的創意,「已經沒有甚麼能擋住日本人了」,甚至有人說「這個我可以!」
