【看英文中國郵報學英文】繼台灣珍珠奶茶大舉進攻日本市場,獲得熱烈好評,現在又有一項台灣在地美食紅到日本,讓日本人讚不絕口的就是「台灣臭臭鍋」。今年五月一間名為「台湾もつ鍋本舗 もつ小屋」的火鍋店在日本東京下北澤車站附近開幕,被日媒(PR TIMES)評選為冬季必吃火鍋之一。

In addition to the pearl milk tea craze, another local dish has received praise since entering the Japanese market — Taiwan-style stinky hot pot. The popular dish is served in a newly opened Tokyo restaurant was selected as one of the must-eat hot pots by Japanese media.

根據日媒報導,店內主打招牌「台灣臭臭鍋」(內臟鍋),放入麵條、韭菜、蔥花等食材,加上滿滿的辣肉燥,最後琳上滾燙的醬油高湯,令人垂涎三尺。

The signature dish of the restaurant, the “Taiwan Stinky Hot Pot,” features noodles, pork intestines, leeks, chopped green onions, and spicy braised pork, to name just a few.

據餐廳官網介紹,台灣大腸鍋起源於愛知縣名古屋市。一份台灣大腸鍋定價1580日圓(約台幣443元)。

According to the restaurant’s official website, Taiwan’s stinky hot pot restaurant originated in Nagoya. The popular dish is priced at 1,580 yen (NT$443).
