TAIPEI (The China Post) — Following the opening of a pop-up Shilin-inspired night market in April, Ningxia Night Market is set to follow suit in Singapore with an installation between Jan. 16 and Feb. 9.

The Asian Night Market will feature more than 30 food stalls inspired by Taipei’s Ningxia Night Market, according to Ladyironchef, a Singapore-based travel and food website.

Although Ningxia Night Market is smaller in size than other well-known markets in Taiwan, it offers a large variety of street food, such as fried yam balls, oyster omelet, and braised pork rice.

Ningxia Night Market is also less known than other larger night markets in Taiwan, meaning that food is usually cheaper. Further details on the opening of the night market will follow soon.

The Facebook post about the open of the pop-up Ningxia Night Market by Ladyironchef has already attracted a lot of attention, more than 1400 shares, 400 likes and 100 comments.
