Taiwan confirms 2 more COVID-19 cases of unknown source

TAIPEI (CNA) — Two men in Taiwan with no history of overseas travel in recent years have contracted the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) said Sunday.

The two new patients are a father and son in their 80s and 50s, respectively, the center said.

This brings the number of confirmed COVID-19 infections in Taiwan to 28, with one death, according to CECC data.
