TAIPEI (The China Post) — The 2020 Taiwan East Coast Land Arts Festival (東海岸大地藝術, TEC LandArts Festival) will be held from Aug. 4 until Oct. 30. If you’re interested in humanities, art, music, and food, you should definitely participate!

It’s organized by the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (交通部觀光局東部海岸國家風景區管理處).

The festival includes creative works that combine the East Coast’s natural environment, topography, and spatial aesthetics to show the uniqueness of the East Coast.

TEC LandArt focuses on both resident and local projects while emphasizing the dialogue between art, nature, and humanities. The goal of this festival is to shape the unique culture and landscape of the East Coast through tourism and modern culture.

The theme this year is “boundary where ocean and land meet” (邊界聚合) and will highlight the natural rhythm of the East Coast. It will stimulate creativity and vitality. There will be works made by artists-in-residence.
