影/不用器材就能練出二頭肌!街頭健身教練曝最大優點|’Street workout’ takes Hong Kong by storm

【看CP學英文】街頭健身因為非常便利,近期在香港越來越流行。

“Street workout” has become increasingly popular in recent years in Hong Kong thanks to its convenience and affordable price. 

這項運動結合了體操和跑酷,並可以在任何地方、不需要其他器材的情況下運動。

The exercise combines both gymnastics and parkour and can be done anywhere without equipment. 

據街頭健身教練莫浩然所述,街頭健身雖然在哪裡都可以練習,但對於初學者來說,有教練陪伴會比較安全。

According to street workout coach Mok Ho-yin (莫浩然), though it can be done anywhere, it’s better for beginners to have a coach to help them.

莫浩然擁有近五年的街頭健身經驗。

Mok had played street workout for nearly five years now. 

「剛開始的時候,我完全沒經驗。我任何動作、姿勢都做不出來,但現在(五年後)再難的我都可以!」

“When I started, I didn’t have any experience. I couldn’t do any movements before, but now I can finish most of the hardest movements,” Mok said.

他補充道:「我覺得這是這個運動最吸引人的地方。」

He added, “I think that’s the most attractive part of this sport.”

其中,也有許多經典動作在街頭健身中極度受歡迎,包括「暴力上槓」、「人體國旗」和最經典的「倒立」。

There are also certain moves that are very popular among the community, including “muscle-ups”, “human flag” and the classic “handstand.”

自2014年起,香港每年都會舉辦街頭健身比賽。

Since 2014, Hong Kong has hosted an annual Street Workout Championship.
