【看CP學英文】台灣淡水老舖台樂蛋糕正式於3月12日在東急Plaza銀座開幕,在東京掀起一股台式古早味蛋糕旋風。 

Taiwanese castella cake chain Tairaku Tangao, officially opened at Tokyu Plaza Ginza on March 12, creating a whirlwind of traditional Taiwanese cakes in Tokyo.

根據日媒Moshi Moshi Japan報導,古早味蛋糕選材相當用心,使用當地新鮮雞蛋、牛奶、嚴選麵粉製成以台灣正宗方式製作成口感如舒芙蕾般的綿密蛋糕。

According to Japanese media Moshi Moshi Japan, the cakes are made from, fresh eggs, milk and specially-selected wheat flourThe pastry chef made the cake in the authentic Taiwanese way to create fluffiness, such as the souffle cake.

據報導,為保持正宗口味,台樂蛋糕特別派人前往培訓員工,打造最純正的台灣味甜點。 

Tairaku Tangao, has reportedly sent a Taiwanese chef to train the staff to create the purest Taiwan-flavored desserts to maintain the authentic taste

目前東急P銀座店提供起司、宇治抹茶、巧克力口味,以後有機會推出咖啡、香蕉奶等期間限定口味。 

The Tokyu Plaza Ginza branch currently offers cheese, Uji matcha, and chocolate flavors, with the possibility of introducing limited period toppings such as coffee and banana milk in the future.
